Complimentary Front Landscaping through Landscaping Contractor - LD Total

As part of your land purchase at Henley Brook community, you may receive complimentary front landscaping through the Landscape Starter Package, provided by our nominated landscaping partner, LD Total.

Once your land has settled, your contact details will be shared with LD Total. They’ll be in contact with you during the construction of your new home and collaborate on your front garden design, and will arrange installation after your build is complete.

If you have any questions regarding the landscape entitlements or process, please contact LD Total directly. Their team will guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

Boundary Fencing

As your new home nears completion, you're invited to submit an application to the Fencing Contractor for the installation of boundary fencing (where it hasn’t already been installed).

To ensure timely coordination, please submit your fencing application approximately 6–8 weeks prior to the anticipated Practical Completion date for your new home.

Please note: To be eligible for the Fencing and Landscaping rebate, your home must be completed within 24 months of settlement by the original purchaser of the lot. The completed home must comply with the Henley Brook Restrictive Covenants and Design Guidelines and constructed as per your Approved House Design Plans via the Henley Brook Design Committee.
