It has been a busy few months at Henley Brook by Mirvac, and we are pleased to confirm the recent practical completion and issue of titles in Stages 4B & 5. The community continues to grow with stage 6 just released and stage 7 making its way through planning approvals.

Resident Association Group

A few months ago, we announced the establishment of a Resident Association Group with our first focus being our Orchard Community Garden in Stage 4. An event was held in October whereby residents embarked on a Community garden tour, which was an opportunity to assist in gathering insights and inspiration to fuel our own Orchard project. Following the event, the group met again to form an action plan. This was essential to forming the foundation for our community garden aspirations and will lay the groundwork for an action moving forward for the garden.

We look forward to working with this group on the next steps into creating your very own community garden.

Orchard Park Progress

Construction of the Community Orchard and surrounding park, nestled in  the heart of Stage 4, is well underway. This picturesque space will offer a  tranquil escape where residents can revel in nature’s wonders. This park  will feature a barbecue area, soccer goals, small play area and a flourishing 
edible garden. This highly anticipated community space is set to open in  2024 for all to enjoy.

Multi-award winning community

We are proud to share the news that Henley Brook by Mirvac has become a multi-award winning community, recently receiving the UDIA WA Award for Excellence - Residential Subdivision category - which recognises exemplary urban design and community creation & integration. 

This recognition showcases our dedication to community involvement and the preservation of nature whilst also creating a vibrant hub.
