We are proud to share that Henley Brook has been awarded the Residential Subdivision Award at the 2023 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence.

Henley Brook was developed through a robust masterplan process that included proactive engagement with the local community in planning for the future of urban development. It reflects our commitment to building a community that values the input of the local community, ensuring preservation of nature with over 600 mature trees, rejuvenation of an existing stream, an orchard and the gas pipeline reserve transformed into a useable recreation space. This vibrant community hub includes a café and mutli-age playground at Wongin Park, featuring a trail of artwork that beautifully represents indigenous heritage, and boasts a network of green open spaces thoughtfully woven into the development.
