Completion of the Entry Statement
It has been yet another busy quarter at Henley Brook, we are pleased to advise stage 3 lots are currently under construction and due for practical completion in May. Stage 4 is now selling with construction to commence in May. The grand entry statement at Henley Brook is now complete! Construction of the stone feature walls are made of Toodyaystone laid by local stonemasons.

Wongin Park Coming Soon!
Wongin park is due for completion in June and we are so excited for you to see the finished product. Children won’t just live among the trees, they will be able to play amongst the treetops too! Featuring a half basketball court, rock climbing wall and Indigenous art trail, the playground will form a special part of The Boulevard precinct – your go-to for catch ups with neighbours, friends and family alike.
