It has been a busy few months at Henley Brook by Mirvac! Stage 4 and 5 are sold out and we have recently sold out of Stage 6, which is expected to receive titles in late May 2024. The community continues to grow with Stage 7 coming to market in April 2024 and Stage 8 making its way through planning approvals.

Henley Brook Primary School Now Open!

We are pleased to announce the new Henley Brook Primary School opened its doors in February 2024. Designed to accommodate 430 students, this state-of-the-art facility will feature a childhood teaching block, general learning areas, an inclusive education room, specialist rooms for art and science, administration block, library, covered assembly area, music room, oval, and hard courts. Community Events

The Easter Eggstravaganza was back at Henley Brook By Mirvac. The morning at Wongin park was filled with Easter-themed games and activities and the Easter bunny even made an appearance for an exciting Easter egg hunt. This was a fun family day outing that everyone enjoyed!
