Construction update August 2021
Finishing touches being completed in Stage 1
Construction works are progressing well onsite, the asphalt has been laid in Stage 1 and the finishing touches are being completed to achieve practical completion in September. Construction is now underway in Stage 2 with civil contractors completing earthworks and installing services including water, gas, power & NBN. Construction on the entrance boulevard will begin this month, the feature stone wall will be hand laid by stonemasons and then finished with timber detailing and signage.
Treehouse Playground Update
Construction on the playground has begun!
This month saw the beginning of construction on our signature treehouse playground which will include an impressive 2 storey treehouse, sand and water play area, raised boardwalks winding through mature retained trees as well as a basketball hoop and sports surface.
We have retained over 30 mature trees in the park area which will provide a lovely shaded park for residents to enjoy.
